You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Although we always do our best to ensure your order reaches you within the stated delivery times, please be aware that there are rare occasions where external factors can affect delivery, such as Royal Mail delays. This is out of our control.
Please make sure that you enter your shipping address correctly. If you have not entered your address correctly or you are not in when the item is delivered, you order is unlikely to arrive on time.
If you suspect that your delivery has been lost, please contact us quoting your order number and we will look into it for you. In a case where your order doesn’t fit through the letterbox and there is no one in to receive it, Royal Mail should leave you a calling card letting you know that a delivery has been attempted and how to rearrange delivery or collect your item.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery and ship items back within: 30 days of delivery. We don't accept cancellations once your item has gone to print, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
